Courtney is a 10-year project and product management professional specializing in software implementation for technology-based organizations. Projects have included point and full-service solutions, as the implementor, and operationally, the implemented. In the ERP space, Courtney has a senior role, overseeing projects, and providing guidance to clients and PMs when appropriate. Dualling as an implementation consultant in prior roles, she understands what quality consulting is. Problem solving, change management, new innovation are at the top of her list, and continuously executed in her personal and professional life. She is a proud mother, wife, entrepreneur, philanthropist, farmer, and amateur mycologist with a BA and runner up for Outstanding Student at Metropolitan State University.
